Here's How Our Rewards Card Program Works
1. Fill out the enrollment form below and click submit. Limit of one card per person.
2. Every time you dine at Buckhead Cafe and/or Mariah's, you earn ten (10) points for every dollar spent. Sales tax and tip are not included. With each visit, you will receive a receipt which shows the points credited to your account.
3. Everyday in the month of July you can earn additional points during our "Double Points Days."
4. Only the person who pays the check can earn points.
